Solrom Holdings Ltd. (“Solrom”), formerly 3DM Digital Manufacturing Ltd., is listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE: SLRM) and completed a merger with Solrom Electronics Ltd. in early September 2024 (now a wholly owned subsidiary).

Solrom operates in the industrial-defense sector and, both directly and through its subsidiaries, develops and manufactures electronic and electromechanical systems, products, and equipment for military markets and leading defense companies. It also develops electro-optical products based on Quantum Cascade Laser (QCL) technology for military and defense applications.

The electrical, electromechanical, and control systems manufactured by Solrom (through Solrom Electronics) are intended for naval, land, air, and space divisions within defense projects currently being developed in Israel.

Solrom Electronics, founded in 1987, has demonstrated organic growth in revenue and profitability in recent years, while implementing a mergers and acquisitions strategy, acquiring three companies between 2017 and 2020.

In addition, Solrom has a QCL laser technology development activity, which following the merger completion with Solrom Electronics is being adapted for a wide range of military applications in the defense market.

Following the completion of the acquisition of A.H.M. Complex Engineering Assemblies and Niron M.S. Systems & Projects in May 2026, the Solrom Group will operate six manufacturing facilities in Israel, employ approximately 200 employees, and hold certifications from leading defense companies.

The controlling shareholder of Solrom is M&M Capital (2012) Ltd., jointly owned by Itai Moldavsky and David Maimon. The CEO of the company is Matan Rabin.
